Daily Schedule

This schedule is subject to change on a daily basis
due to almost anything that may come up!

9:20 to 9:40	Morning Business This is when we put things away, turn in homework, millionaire questions, word of the day, sharpen pencils, attendance and lunch count all followed by silent reading.
9:40 to 10:35	Reading Skills This is when we are working in reading groups, book clubs, oral reading and comprehension skills.
10:35 to 11:25	Writer's Workshop We are using the writing process combined with 6 trait writing skills to become better writers, storytellers and poets.
11:25 to Noon	Specialists Depending on the day, we will be at Music, P.E., Computer Lab or Library.
Noon to 12:40	Recess followed by lunch
12:40 to 1:45	Math We are learning to multiply, skip count, divide, tell time, measure objects and even geometry!
1:45 to 2:00	Recess
2:00 to 2:30	Science, Social Studies or Art Projects! Depending on what we are studying, we will do science experiments, study other communities, or be working on art projects.
2:30 to 2:50	Penmanship We are thrilled to be learning cursive writing in third grade!
2:50 to 3:10	Story This is when Miss Rosbach reads to the class!
3:10 to 3:25	Clean up, pack up and get ready to go home!
